Pakistan Lawyers Legal Awareness Program

‘Ignorance of law is no excuse’, keeping in view the said maxim of law, Pakistan Lawyers has decided to spread legal knowledge through ‘legal awareness program’. Through this program, Pakistan Lawyers intend to disseminate legal education and information to general public.

Awareness of law is necessary for promoting a culture where rule of law has its supremacy. Not only citizens must know their rights but they should also recognize and respect the rights of others.

Our first step towards the program is by constituting an intellectual ‘legal forum’. A platform where registered members can discuss the issues or problems usually faced by general public/lawyers/corporate sector etc. and higher authorities or public importance litigation would be filed in the superior courts of law for eradication of the problems faced by the members. Lawyer members are expected to help general public by giving opinions to non lawyers. We also intend to hold seminars and experts opinions, publish brochures/pamphlets in this respect.
